It's as easy as it sounds. There is no fee to you (or a contract required) for us to source a hotel room block with or without accompanying meeting space. We use CVENT for efficient, targeted and time-efficient searches, promising turnaround within a week for quick decision making. Our fees are paid through commission from the hotel after the event concludes based on actual occupancy.
YES! We provide onsite facilitation only, catering to your crown jewel clients or senior leadership from arrival to departure, allowing you to attend to the multitude of details that arise. After many months of planning (sometimes years) and significant financial investment, having hospitable, unflappable, experienced onsite staff is essential when mitigating potential disaster. We've experienced it all and know how to pivot. Quickly, and without direction. We all know crises arise. It's how you respond that makes all the difference.
Yes, we can parter on any project creatively handling look/feel/taste directives. Known for our signature decor and custom menus designed for today's modern attendee, our events are always in style, well done and in good taste.
Pricing depends on size and scope on the program. We work on an hourly basis, or flat fee project based. For onsite assistance we charge a daily rate plus per diem.
